Lanny Kusaka has more than 20 years experience managing high-profile projects throughout Southern California.

An expert at expediting discretionary and building permits at the municipal level, Mr. Kusaka is a principle project manager at Seymour Consulting Group, which provides advocacy and expertise in areas of planning, zoning, engineering and development.

Prior to joining Seymour Consulting Group, Mr. Kusaka, was a principle at Morey/Seymour Associates managing all minority business activities and certifications, he has helped guide major projects in Los Angeles, San Diego, San Bernardino and Riverside counties.

A former teacher, Mr. Kusaka, has a Masters Degree from California State University, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a member of the Building Industry Association of Southern California and the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce.
