Gregg Masini began his planning career in 1988 as a project coordinator for Morey/Seymour & Associates and continues, as a senior project manager, for the Seymour Consulting Group.

An expert in the entitlement process for commercial and residential projects, Mr. Masini guides clients through the labyrinth of regulations throughout Los Angeles, San Diego, San Bernardino and Riverside counties.

Working closely with his colleagues at SCG, Mr. Masini helps clients identify planning challenges and develop successful strategies. Specifically, he assists in the management of all aspects of entitlement processes, including the preparation and processing of applications, required findings and submittal packages. He also represents clients at government and community hearings, and with elected officials.

Mr. Masini also researches land use issues, including parcel profiles and municipal code interpretations for the preparation of predevelopment feasibility reports.
